  • Příjemný a ochotný přístup personálu, protože byla minimální obsazenost z důvodu COVID-19, tak slečna či mladá paní vykonávala pravděpodobně vše, od recepční přes kuchyň a servis. Palec nahoru !

  • *přátelský a laskavý personál, jak v recepci, tak v restauraci *snídaně bohatá, postačující výběr, chutné ingredience *dostupnost hotelu na periferii Liberce dobrá, bez hledání a bloudění po Liberci * byli jsme spokojeni a přijedeme znovu, děkujeme

  • * bez výtahu lze s kufrem a jinými zavazadly dobře vyšlapat do prvního poschodí, ale do dalších???? * výtah přistavený zvenčí by byl ideální. * někdy byla slyšet dálnice a silnice při hotelu, ale to každý host předem ví a akceptuje to. * noční stolek s lampičkou i u druhé postele by byl ideální, ale není tam místo, pokoj č.102, možná řešit poličkou * naše koupelna neměla oddělený sprchovací kout, takže voda stříkala do půli koupelny * škoda, že v televizi nebyl žádný německý program
